Over two decades ago, Kathy and her husband moved from Georgia to the beautiful Eastern Shore on Mobile Bay, and they have proudly called it home ever since. Living in a home on the Bay and raising three sons has given her family the full Fairhope experience with their years of fishing, swimming, boating, and endless sunsets. The other members of the family, their three Bassett Hounds, keep them smiling. Kathy is passionate about the community she loves. Her family attends Fairhope United Methodist Church and have been active members for 25 years. She has always been active at children’s schools as a volunteer and substitute teacher.

Kathy is diligent at staying focused on the big picture. She and her family have always tried to live by the motto, “Life’s too short,” and when they say this, they have every intention to encourage action, as opposed to worry and indecision.
