Jessica Larson Little is a seasoned real estate broker with more than 30 years of experience specializing in timberland, rural land, and multiple acreage parcel transactions across Southeast. As an Associate Broker at Blue Heron Realty, Jessica leads brokerage efforts for timberland, large land tracts, neighborhood development, and land  investment properties throughout the region. Jessica has extensive experience coordinating the many moving parts of large land transactions, including title review, survey analysis, and contract execution.
