Aleen has been a leading real estate agent in South Alabama for more than five years, with over $39 million in sales across 21 zip codes in two counties. She has built a strong network across the Gulf Coast that connects her with buyers, sellers, and valuable client resources.

Her strong negotiation skills, extensive knowledge of the region, ability to work well with people, and attention to detail make her a professional, and a great Realtor. Plus, she’s fun to work with, making the stress of buying or selling diminish.

In 2020 Aleen got her real estate license, in 2022 she earned her Broker’s license, and in 2025, after several years as a top agent, she partnered with Mickie Russell to launch Blue Heron Realty.

Aleen was born in Mobile but grew up splitting time between New Orleans school days and summers in Montrose. She moved to the Eastern Shore full time in 1985 and attended Fairhope Middle School, Bayside Academy (High School), and Spring Hill College. Before starting her real estate career, Aleen spent nearly 20 years in upper retail management and outside sales.

She and her husband Winston, a lawyer with Phelps Dunbar, have two grown children, two Springer Spaniels, and a cat named Stella that rules the household. When she’s not selling real estate, Aleen enjoys traveling, Mahjong, golf, and boating.
