Anne Bodet is an Associate Broker with Blue Heron Realty who believes real estate is about much more than houses—it’s about people, relationships, and helping clients feel confident about some of life’s biggest decisions.

With years of experience in real estate, including serving as a Qualifying Broker, Anne brings extensive knowledge of contracts, negotiations, and the many moving parts that come with buying or selling a home. But what she enjoys most is working directly with her clients. She takes the time to listen, explain the process, answer questions, and make sure her clients always feel like they have someone in their corner.

Anne lives in Daphne and loves calling Baldwin County home. Her knowledge of communities throughout the area—from Daphne and Fairhope to Spanish Fort, Foley, Gulf Shores, and beyond—allows her to offer clients both professional expertise and a true local perspective.

For Anne, success isn’t measured simply by getting to the closing table. It’s about building relationships that last long after the transaction is complete. Much of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals, something she considers one of the greatest compliments she can receive.

Outside of real estate, Anne enjoys staying active, traveling, being involved in her community, and, most of all, spending time with her husband, four children, and four grandchildren.
